This printer is no longer in production as of June 15, 2020.  Epson will continue support through mid-2025 at the earliest, which means you can still purchase ink and maintenance items through our shop.  The replacements for the Epson C831 are the Epson ColorWorks C6500A (Auto cutter version) and the Epson ColorWorks C6500P (Peel-and-present version).  Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns.
