Personal: When Rick isn’t talking to customers about label solutions, he spends time with his family and enjoys being outdoors away from email and computers.

Bringing a wealth of business experience to her position as Key Account Manager, Annemarie has actively been involved in both the manufacturing and retail sectors, holding roles in accounting, sales, and management. Her multifaceted background equips her with a holistic understanding of diverse business functions, making her a valuable asset to the team.

Personal: Outside of work, Annemarie combines her love of history, art, and architecture with travel.

Heather spearheading the Pre-Sales and Marketing initiatives of our Customer Service team. With years of customer service, administrative, and education experience, Heather is known for creative problem solving and helping individuals/companies find tools to solve their pain points.

Personal: In her free time, Heather enjoys participating in Live Action Role Playing games, spending time with family and friends, and voice acting.

Ashley has a background in business operations and higher education, and enjoys bringing order to busy environments. From accounting to organizing the day-to-day details, she takes pride in making the office a more efficient and supportive place to work.

Personal: Ashley enjoys rooting for the Philadelphia Eagles (GO BIRDS!) and Philadelphia Phillies between crafting and baking.

For over 15 years, Eric has held a variety of roles spanning customer service, warehouse operations, regional sales, and inventory management. His extensive experience of building strong customer relationships, fostering effective communication, and streamlining workflows helps drive efficient day-to-day operations and deliver exceptional service. His focus on accuracy and efficiency helps IPSi deliver on its promises every day.

Personal: When Eric is not practicing or gigging with his two cover bands on his meticulously optimized 4-keyboard setup, he his hanging out with his wife, their palomino rabbit Snickerdoodle, and developing (& playing) video games. He also enjoys reading, biking, and spending time with close friends and family.

Ryan brings a diverse variety of experience ranging from warehouse operations and surveying job sites to conference room attendant, data entry, and other customer service roles. He brings a constant can-do attitude to the IPSi Team and isn’t afraid to tackle new challenges. He’s always ready to dive in and help out, making him a dependable teammate and a helpful resource for customers.

Personal: With either a coffee or giant water bottle in hand, Ryan enjoys working out, golfing, and spending time with friends and family.

Ian, self-styled as the MacGyver of label printing and software solutions, excels in mastering the intricacies of both hardware and software involved in label printing. Whether optimizing your labeling process or making his motorcycle go just a little bit faster, Ian takes pride in his broad “jack-of-all-trades” expertise.

Personal: Ian’s problem solving mindset doesn’t stop at the office. In his free time, he also enjoys tinkering with anything he is able to take apart himself, in addition to the outdoors and extreme sports.

Rashaan is dedicated to efficient execution and gaining a precise understanding of customers’ desired outcomes. Committed to transforming cumbersome processes into swift and straightforward tasks, he actively seeks to eliminate redundancy from both his personal life and the experiences of those around him.

Personal: Beyond solving customer challenges, Rashaan enjoys running, reading, relaxing, and experimenting with different software.

James brings a foundation in programming software to his role as Technical Services Manager. With a keen eye for coding intricacies, James contributes a fresh perspective to our team’s technical endeavors. Beyond the workplace, he finds joy in outdoor activities and cherishes quality time spent with his family.

Chris applies his skill-set in both hardware knowledge and software development to provide full solutions to customers’ needs. His eye for detail and problem solving skills make a great contribution to crafting systems that enhance any labeling process.

Always striving for quality and a deeper understanding of how things work, Matt brings a level of quality assurance and efficiency to the team’s labeling and solution building process and solving problems that affect customers.

Personal: Matthew spends time outside of work camping, relaxing, and spending time with those close to him.

Jak enjoys turning ideas into polished, practical solutions. Whether she’s trying to break software (ie: QA/Testing), building knowledge resources and marketing materials, or improving internal processes, she thrives on making complex systems simpler, more consistent, and easier for everyday use.

Personal: Jak spends her free time collecting books faster than she can read them, being a completionist in video games, and pretending that she doesn’t already have enough hobbies.

Contributions: The OG. WROD. Our main man Wellington implemented more solutions with BarTender Label Software than any other person under 30! Customers still ask for him all the time. He worked his butt off every day solving problems in manufacturing while growing from Computer Science Student to Full Stack Business Application developer! He is the best dude ever. He’ll tell you that he left because he had to explain the development stack for the 100th time to a certain individual, but the fact is that he was overheard saying he didn’t like printers, then he turned 30 so you know he had to go. No printer hating old head programmers at IPSi per company policy 🙂. We miss you brother!

Contributions: Pete from the Print Lab! In addition to being super fun, creative, and funny, Pete mastered BarTender and NiceLabel label software, deployed countless printing solutions in manufacturing and distribution, and then…he produced, directed, and starred in our award-winning Epson printer videos! All of this while going to school for Computer Science and becoming a great software developer. He is also our favorite lunchtime conversationalist! We miss you brother but know you are kicking butt developing websites!
